Das erste und bislang einzige Hybridhaus in Deutschland bei dem die Nutzung der Einheiten als Wohn- oder Gewerbeeinheit jederzeit variabel bleibt. Es werden alle Regularien und Anforderungen sowohl an den Wohnungsbau als auch an den Gewerbebau eingehalten. Das Objekt hat zum Beispiel mehrere Versorgungsschächte, großzügige Treppenhäuser und verschiedene Details die sich an beide Benutzergruppen richten. Geschaffen wurde ein 24/7 Gebäude in dem ein gelungenes Miteinander entstanden ist das zudem den Sicherheitsstandard durch permanente Anwesenheit erhöht.
Das Gebäude kam bei den Nutzern so gut an, dass sich ein Architekturbüro, das hier seinen Sitz hatte, nach ihm benannt hat. B99.

The first and so far only hybrid house in Germany in which the use of the units as residential or commercial units remains variable at all times. All regulations and requirements for both residential and commercial construction are met. For example, the property has several supply shafts, generously sized stairwells and various details that cater to both user groups. The result is a 24/7 building in which a successful coexistence has been created that also increases the security standard through permanent presence.
The building was so well received by the users that an architectural firm that had its headquarters here named itself after it. B99.
