Architektur über der Autobahn. Wir hatten die Idee, die Flächen auf dem geplanten Deckel mit Wohnhäusern zu bebauen und damit Wohnraum zu schaffen und gleichzeitig die Wirtschaftlichkeit zu unterstützen. Technisch und rechtlich hatten wir alles geklärt, aber die Politik wollte nicht.
